The first significant change was the repositioning of the staircase. This adjustment improved the home’s flow and feng shui and created hidden storage, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. The heart of the house, the kitchen, has been completely reimagined and relocated from its previous galley-style layout, which was tucked away from the waterfront. The new kitchen, now strategically positioned to capture stunning water views, boasts custom cabinetry, a spacious island, and state-of-the-art appliances. A new butler’s kitchen with custom cabinetry and nickel gap wall cladding enhances the space for cooking and entertaining.
