Sarasota luxury builder Nautilus Homes hosted over 75 guests during the Saturday, December 3, ribbon-cutting and celebration event for the company’s new headquarters located at 7126 Beneva Road, in Sarasota.
Nautilus Homes purchased the 5,285-square-foot, two-story property on Beneva Road in April and has remodeled 2,115-square-feet of the building’s second floor to accommodate day-to-day operations and staff for Nautilus Homes.
“Mad Men” Design for New Headquarters with Office Space Available for Lease
Known for luxury home-building, Nautilus incorporated a high-fashion, mid-century modern, “Mad Men”-influenced design scheme in its new headquarters. Special design features include Granyte® stone finish on walls, LED lighting throughout, walnut trim moldings and custom cabinetry by Elite Woodwork of Sarasota, and interior design by Space as Art and interior architect Randall Paul Sample. The building has an additional 3,100 square feet of Class B office/medical office space available for lease.
Spice Bay Home on Siesta Key – Plans Unveiled
During the celebration, Nautilus Homes also unveiled plans and images for its latest Spice Bay home, on Siesta Key: the 4,827-square-foot Shearwater model, designed by architect Clifford M. Scholz. The project breaks ground in January 2017.
The celebration included celebratory mimosas and al fresco dining on the property’s shaded outdoor lounge area, followed by the ribbon-cutting, tours of the Nautilus office space, and a champagne toast.
