Construction is officially underway at En Pointe, the brand-new luxury 5-story condo building on Golden Gate Point in downtown Sarasota. A groundbreaking ceremony held February 25, 2022, marked the official kick off to the project that’s a collaboration between Nautilus Homes, Echt Architects, and Angela Rodriguez Interiors.
En Pointe brings beautiful design and exquisite craftsmanship together alongside five-star-resort-level amenities. The name of the four-unit condominium, En Pointe, celebrates this story: elegantly balanced on a point. The luxury, modern, full-floor residences seek a new and genuine Sarasota theme by displaying a ‘Mid-century Modern’ inspired aesthetic in a Neomodern style.
Each level is dedicated to a private condo suite each containing three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The master bathroom suite has a southern exposure, and the master bedroom suite directly accesses the sunset terrace, with views to the North and West, and a large walk-in closet. An open kitchen-dining-living room plan has sweeping views to the East, North, and South. Two secondary bedrooms each include en-suite bathrooms and views to the South.
