Since launching Nautilus Homes in 2010, he has built a reputation for delivering award-winning custom residences along Florida’s Gulf Coast. A Pro Builder 40-Under-40 honoree, Ryan has led Nautilus to multiple regional and national awards, including recognition for design, sustainability, and craftsmanship.

Jorge Tablada brings a unique combination of leadership, financial expertise, and hands-on construction experience to his role at Nautilus Homes. A graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, he began his career in banking before transitioning into construction, where his operational skills and business acumen quickly advanced him to senior leadership roles. Since joining Nautilus in 2022, Jorge has been instrumental in cultivating a culture of precision, collaboration, and care. His focus on craftsmanship, client trust, and team development ensures every Nautilus home reflects the firm’s reputation for excellence.

Brittany Perrone leads business development and community outreach at Nautilus Homes. With an MBA in Marketing from the University of Tampa and a background in corporate program management for global brands, she brings strategic expertise to the company’s growth. As a Licensed Florida Realtor®, she also guides clients in finding the ideal property for their custom home. Since joining the family business, Brittany has helped shape Nautilus’ brand presence while championing its mission to deliver inspiring, award-winning residences.

Joy Moore drives marketing and brand strategy for Nautilus Homes, guiding initiatives that strengthen the company’s presence along Florida’s Gulf Coast. With more than a decade of experience in homebuilder marketing, she brings expertise in brand development, digital marketing, and strategic market positioning within competitive real estate environments. Joy holds an MBA from the University of Tampa and works closely with the leadership team to elevate Nautilus Homes and ensure its award-winning craftsmanship is represented with clarity and distinction.

Eric Fischer is a seasoned Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience in high-end residential and multifamily construction. With a foundation in carpentry, cabinetry, and millwork, he combines hands-on expertise with advanced project management skills. At Nautilus, Eric is known for meticulous attention to detail, effective collaboration with architects and subcontractors, and delivering complex projects with precision and craftsmanship.

Patrick Ricchetti brings architectural training and construction management expertise to his role as Project Manager at Nautilus Homes. A graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Architecture, he has led multimillion-dollar projects in New York City and Sarasota. Patrick’s background with top firms has honed his skills in design development, estimating, and on-site coordination, enabling him to translate ambitious designs into built reality.

Born and raised in Sarasota, Matthew Esola has been immersed in construction from a young age. After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, he returned home to work in his family’s business before joining Nautilus. Matthew’s comprehensive knowledge of every phase of construction ensures clean, organized, and well-run jobsites. His leadership reflects a lifelong passion for building and a commitment to excellence.

John “Rusty” Hebert, Jr. brings more than 30 years of construction experience to his role as Superintendent at Nautilus Homes. A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, he has managed projects across the country, from New Orleans to Las Vegas. Rusty’s expertise in construction management and on-site coordination ensures each home is delivered with precision and care. He brings both technical mastery and a steady hand to every project he oversees, including being a certified Procore user. In his spare time, he can be found enjoying life and time on a sailboat.

Wade Lemke oversees financial and administrative operations at Nautilus Homes, drawing on more than 25 years of accounting and management experience across multiple industries. A graduate of Anderson College with a degree in Business Management, Wade ensures organizational efficiency and operational accuracy. He is known for his diligence and plays a vital role in keeping projects and teams aligned with Nautilus’ standards of excellence.

With over two decades of experience across Asia, Europe, and the United States, Elan brings a rare depth of architectural and technical knowledge to Nautilus Homes. Before joining the team, he held senior roles at Kobi Karp and Cube3 in Miami and at HOK in Hong Kong — working across hospitality, healthcare, residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and master planning projects in Hong Kong, China, Korea, New York, California, and Florida.

As BIM Manager at Nautilus Homes, Elan leads our Building Information Modeling with a meticulous, forward-thinking approach. Each home is digitally constructed in full before breaking ground — allowing complexities to be explored, refined, and resolved long before they reach the field. By identifying conflicts early and aligning every detail with intent, Elan helps safeguard both the design vision and the construction process — ensuring a level of precision and clarity that carries through to the finished home.

With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University, Lana Kentner brings more than five years of specialized construction accounting experience to Nautilus Homes. Her career spans commercial construction and finance, supported by a lifelong passion for learning and community engagement. Based in Southwest Florida for more than 15 years, Lana combines technical expertise with a collaborative approach, ensuring accuracy and accountability in every project.
