Sarasota Luxury Home Market Outlook Strong

The Sarasota luxury home market, Nautilus Homes president Ryan Perrone discussed in a recent Sarasota Herald Tribune article, continues to be on a hot streak, with available waterfront properties and Sarasota luxury home building sites in prime neighborhoods being snapped up at a very fast rate.

Quoted in an article titled “The Lap of Luxury: Market for High-End Residences in Sarasota Robust,” Ryan suggested that would-be waterfront home site buyers and luxury home site buyers expand their options to include Sarasota County communities such as nearby Osprey and Nokomis. Those areas still provide interested buyers of Sarasota County waterfront home building sites with opportunities, Ryan said, where “half-acre bay-front sites can still be found for under $1 million and the location is becoming more and more desirable.”
